Defeat against Málaga CF (3-0)

CD Atlético Baleares fell at La Rosaleda in matchday 22 of Primera RFEF. Juanma Barrero’s team couldn’t overcome Málaga CF, which showed its effectiveness upfront with two goals from Roberto and one own goal.

The match began with a tribute to the Spanish Association Against Cancer along with the home team. From there, a match started in which ATB performed well in the early minutes with good actions from Pablo Muñoz, Pastrana, and Toni Ramón.

It was the home team that capitalized on their chances with a fine play by Roberto. The forward beat a helpless Ramón Vila. Shortly afterward, Roberto scored again after a corner kick. The first half concluded with a 2-0 score.

After the break, the visitors remained well organized, waiting for the home team’s actions. Nevertheless, there were still timid approaches towards the Malaga goal. In an unfortunate turn of events, Félix deflected a shot from Larrubia, resulting in the third and final goal.

The match ended with a 3-0 score. Now, Juanma Barrero’s side will return to play at home against Antequera CF.
