Squad update: departures and contracted players ahead of the 2026/27 season

CD Atlético Baleares announces that first-team head coach Luis Blanco Garrido and the following players will not remain with the club next season.

First of all, the Club would like to thank Luis for his work, commitment and professionalism during his time in charge of the first team.

The Catalan coach took over the blue-and-white bench in February 2025 and has managed a total of 55 official matches. During the 2025/26 season, the team recorded 22 wins, 10 draws and 9 defeats, securing a place in the promotion play-offs for the second consecutive campaign.

Under his leadership, CD Atlético Baleares achieved some outstanding milestones, including the historic victory over RCD Espanyol in the Copa del Rey, which earned the team a tie against Atlético de Madrid on one of the most special nights in the club’s recent history. An unforgettable match for the club and for the entire Balearico fanbase.

The players leaving the Club are as follows:

Iván Serrano
The left-back, from Avilés, joined the club last season and made 29 official appearances, playing a total of 1,478 minutes.

Gabriel Ramis
The defender from Sa Pobla brings his time at the club to an end after two seasons wearing the blue-and-white shirt. During this period, he made a total of 35 official appearances and provided one assist.

Marc Lachevre
The Catalan player joined in the winter transfer window and featured in 21 matches, scoring 1 goal and providing 2 assists.

Guillem Castell
One of the team captains, the centre-back ends his spell as a Balearico after two seasons at the club. During this period, he made 54 official appearances, scoring 4 goals and providing 2 assists.

Ulrich Taffertshoffer
The German midfielder brings his time at the club to a close after two seasons in which he made 64 official appearances and scored 1 goal.

Víctor Morillo
The 29-year-old winger from Seville featured in 39 matches, registering 2 goals and 5 assists.

Manuel Morillo
The 22-year-old Andalusian striker ends his time at the club after scoring 2 goals in 14 appearances in the blue-and-white shirt.

Darius Fustos
The Romanian forward, who arrived in January this year, made 11 official appearances, scoring 1 goal.

Juanmi Durán
The Mallorcan winger, who joined from CE Andratx, featured in 24 matches and scored one goal in the Copa del Rey.

Álex Pachón
The Catalan striker arrived as a winter transfer-window signing and made 12 appearances, scoring 1 goal.
