Miguel Soler, homegrown talent strengthens the midfield
CD Atlético Baleares have signed Miguel Soler, a 24-year-old midfielder from Mallorca, who joins from UD Poblense to strengthen the team’s midfield ahead of the 2026/27 season.
Born in Andratx, Soler has gained valuable experience across several Balearic clubs, including CE Santanyí, CF Sóller, UE Porreres and, most recently, UD Poblense. Since joining Poblense in 2022, he has established himself as a key figure in midfield, making more than 30 appearances in each season. Miguel Soler stands out for his composure in possession, intensity and ability to bring balance to the team’s play. He is also a player well known to our head coach, Óscar Troya.
Sporting Director Marc Julià shared his thoughts on the club’s latest signing:
“We are delighted to announce the signing of a young Mallorcan midfielder who we believe has tremendous potential within Balearic football and who, we are convinced, will continue to develop with us at CD Atlético Baleares.
He is a dynamic midfielder with an excellent work ethic, energy and quality on the ball — exactly the type of player that fits the team we are building for the 2026/27 season. We believe he will bring balance, intensity and quality football to a key area of the pitch for us.”
Welcome, Miguel!
