CD Atlético Baleares presents Gerardo Bonet, Guillem Castell, and Jaume Pascual at the Miguel Kalet driving school
The three new signings were presented at an event held at the Miguel Kalet driving school.
Agreement with Miguel Kalet
CD Atlético Baleares and the Miguel Kalet driving school held a joint event to reinforce the agreement reached between the two entities in May. Miguel Kalet, recognized for its commitment to road safety and the training of new drivers, will be associated with the blanquiazul team until 2026. Patrick Messow wanted to say a few words to the media: “This is another Mallorcan company joining the cause. From the very beginning, seeing their colors, we understood each other, and together we know that we can achieve our goals.”
Presentation of Gerardo Bonet, Guillem Castell, and Jaume Pascual
In addition to discussing the sponsorship of Miguel Kalet, the club wanted to present three new signings. Before the press could ask questions to the players, Patrick Messow had his turn to speak about them: “Gerardo Bonet is a box-to-box player. He is also from the area, has a long history with Andratx, and knows the category very well. About Pascual, I must say that he is a very fast winger, skilled in one-on-one situations, and we already tried to sign him in the winter. Finally, Castell is a central defender with a lot of personality, and we believe he will be a key player in the team.”
Gerardo Bonet:
“Coming to CD Atlético Baleares is a step forward in my football career. The league is very tough and challenging, but I trust that we can achieve our goals. Individually, my intention is to help the team as much as possible, in whatever role that may be.”
Jaume Pascual:
“I’ve wanted to come back home for a long time. As Gerardo said, the category is quite demanding and of a high level. The objectives are clear: collectively, to be as high as possible and try to achieve promotion; individually, to give my best and perform at the highest level possible.”
Guillem Castell:
“I left for Catalonia when I was very young, and I’ve practically developed my entire career there, but I feel that it was time to return to Mallorca.”
“When I received the call from CD Atlético Baleares, the decision was very easy. All the alarms went off, and my intentions were clear.”
“The feelings in these first weeks are very positive. Little by little, we are grasping the style of play that the coaches are asking for, and the relationship with the group is fantastic.”
