Two Walls for Atlético Baleares’ Goal

CD Atlético Baleares announces the arrival of the two blanquiazul goalkeepers for the 24/25 season.

Jagoba Zárraga

The goalkeeper born in Bilbao (1997) joins the blanquiazul club after a great year at UD San Sebastián de los Reyes. The goalkeeper has played 34 matches in Segunda RFEF and 4 in the playoffs for promotion to Primera RFEF, conceding 30 goals and keeping 16 clean sheets. Despite his youth, he has already shown a lot of experience.

Zárraga is 1.88m tall and has been trained in teams such as Cerdanyola FC, AD Alcorcón, Racing de Santander, Villarrobledo, and Rayo Majadahonda. From the Sports Directorate, Patrick Messow speaks of a goalkeeper for the present and future: “Zárraga has already proven in this category that he is a high-level goalkeeper. He had a great year and is a bet to achieve the goal. He is a leader from the back and perfectly fits the coach’s idea.”

Jaime Morillas

A Mallorcan goalkeeper with great potential and future joins CD Atlético Baleares. Morillas, born in Sa Pobla (2004), played this last year in the first team of Constancia in Tercera División RFEF, while in his Juvenile stage, also in the Inquero team, he played two seasons in Liga Nacional and one in División de Honor.

From the Sports Directorate, Marc Julià speaks highly of Morillas for the future: “Morillas and Zárraga are two goalkeepers who will complement each other wonderfully. Morillas is a young goalkeeper who has had good seasons at Constancia, both in his Juvenile stage and his first year as an Amateur. He plays very well with his feet and is very quick in reflexes. He will surely bring us many joys.”
