Convincing win for Atlético Baleares as they remain in the top part of the table (5-1)

Atlético Baleares went into the match with several notable changes to the squad. Iván López returned to the list after overcoming a long-term injury, while Álex Pachón received his first call-up with the first team. In addition, Rubén Bover was back in the starting eleven for the first time since matchday 8 against RCD Espanyol, the game in which he was injured.

ATB delivered a very solid performance and swept aside Torrent CF in a match defined by attacking dominance and clinical finishing.

The blue-and-whites started with intensity and were quickly rewarded. In the 19th minute, a fine combination between Jofre and Bonet left Moha in a clear position inside the box. The forward made no mistake, firing home to open the scoring (1-0).

ATB continued to control the game and doubled their lead in the 25th minute, when captain Rubén Bover finished after a pinpoint assist from Jofre (2-0). The dominance led to further chances, with Gerardo testing his luck twice with shots that flew over the bar and another effort from Bover in the 34th minute that was gathered by the visiting goalkeeper.

After the break, the team came out just as focused. A dangerous ball from Tovar in the 49th minute towards Moha nearly produced the third goal. Eventually, in the 58th minute, the referee awarded a penalty and Jofre converted confidently to make it 3-0.

The attacking display continued. In the 62nd minute, Moha shone once again with a brilliant individual move that left Jofre one-on-one, and just a minute later, in the 63rd minute, Moha completed his brace by heading in a corner delivered by Bover (4-0).

The match also featured standout moments such as a fine save from Pablo in the 70th minute and the debut of Pachón in the 68th minute, who went close to scoring after an excellent move by Lache.

The fifth goal arrived in the 85th minute, when Tovar headed home after a superb cross from Morillo (5-0). Torrent pulled one back in the closing stages with a goal from a corner.
