Mar Rubio signs for Balears FC

Mar Rubio signs for Balears FC and will wear the blue-and-white shirt in the Primera Federación Iberdrola.

The forward joins after playing for CD Juan Grande (2ª Federación), having signed in the winter transfer window from AEM in the second tier.

In the second half of the league, Mar scored four goals in eleven matches. The 30-year-old player brings experience and quality to the front line. Rubio has already achieved promotion to Reto Iberdrola with CD Juan Grande in 2018-2019 and another promotion to 1ª RFEF with the same club in 2021-2022.

Sports Director Marina Tugores comments on Rubio’s signing: “Experience and a lot of goals. She knows the league and will surely give us a lot.”
