2-0 defeat away to U.E. Porreres

The blue-and-white side suffered their first pre-season defeat this Wednesday, falling 2-0 to Porreres at the Ses Forques ground.

The match began with great intensity from both teams, each creating a clear chance in the opening minutes. The most notable opportunity for the Balearicos came just before the hydration break, when Florin Andone fired over the crossbar. As the minutes went by, the home team gradually took control of possession, although the high intensity of play prevented them from adding the pace needed to create more danger.

In the second half, the tempo remained, but chances were less frequent. The blue-and-whites had a key moment when Florin scored, only for the goal to be ruled out for offside. In contrast, the home side took advantage of two defensive errors to score the goals that sealed the result.

The match leaves important lessons to fine-tune details and increase competitive rhythm. The next challenge will be on Saturday, against C.E. Andratx at Sa Plana, with the aim of regaining good feelings.
